How does Title Case handle small words?
Short words like a, the, of and in stay lowercase unless they start or end the title, following common headline style.
How are code cases split into words?
Spaces, punctuation and existing case changes all count as word breaks, so “userID value” and “user_id_value” both become userIdValue in camelCase.
