Frequently asked questions
What’s the difference between encoding a parameter and a full URL?
A query parameter value must have characters like &, = and / encoded. A full URL must keep them so the link still works. The “Keep URL structure” option handles the second case.
Why do I see + instead of spaces?
HTML forms encode spaces as +. The decoder converts + back to a space for you.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. HushConverts converts everything with code that runs in your browser, so your text and files stay on your device. You can even use most tools offline once the page has loaded.
